Our KENKOKU Black sesame soy snacks are not only hip and trendy, they are also surprisingly delicious and nutritious as well. They are made from Okara - the soy pulp that remains after soy beans are processed into soy milk. It is this process that gives the baked soy beans a dainty nutty flavour, which marries perfectly with the slightly sweet flavour or black sesame. Since our soy snacks have Okara as their main ingredient they are not just very tasty but they are also high in nutrients. Among others, they contain 2,5 time more protein and no less than 17 times more fiber than traditional vegan snacks made from wheat flour.
