They are made from Okara - the soy pulp that remains after soy beans are processed into soy milk. It is this process that gives the baked soy beans a dainty nutty flavour, which is further enhanced by the earthy taste of flaxseed. Since our soy snacks have Okara as their main ingredient they are not just very taste but also high in nutrients. Among others, they contain 2,5 time more protein and no less than 17 times more fiber than traditional vegan snacks made from wheat flour.
